Check this page for updates on crop insurance and the Midwest Ag Insurance Website.

2/28/02 Today was the last day of the February price discovery period for crops with a March 15 closing date.  The unofficial prices should be corn at $2.32, soybeans at $4.50, and wheat at $3.18, in a few days we should receive the price volatility factor for Revenue Assurance which is the final variable needed for quoting RA.

2/11/02 Updated pages to include pictures and more info on GPS Mapping. Also updated the 2002 Insurance price pages.

2/7/02 I would like to welcome you to the Midwest Ag Insurance website. I hope to keep this page updated with the latest information about Federal Crop Insurance programs, and with information that is not found on other crop insurance pages. An example of this information can be found on the Soybean Analysis page where I have compiled a database that shows the changes in spring and fall prices that would have occured in Revenue Assurance and Crop Revenue Coverage if they had existed for the past 33 years. Midwest Ag Insurance provides information such as this to all its customers, to help them make the right decision for their operation. Thanks for visting Midwest Ag Insurance and return often as this site continues to develop.
